At the June gathering of CA1-D it was brought to our attention that Lisa Glass has been hosting the "lunch with Lisa" ride for five years now and has not missed a beat!  Well, except that one time we went to the restaurant and it was closed (opened at 4pm)!  That was a lot of fun! What great memories we have of all things involing the lunches.  You know, back when I first took over as director and things were shaky, there was Lisa and her lunch ride giving our group a stability that we so desperately needed.  I think it would be fun to have a little contest in her honor.  Here it is:  take a piece of paper and write down as many places that she has taken us to for lunch.  The person with the most right will win five door prize tickets at the next gathering (in July) and a free lunch (for one) at the July lunch ride.  Lisa will be the judge and verify the entries.  In all fairness I think we will have to ask Stephen not to guess?  So gang, start now, get a piece of paper, and start writing them down.  You will add more as you think of it. 

       Do not forget that we still have the "secret code" somewhere on the web page and it is good for 3 door prize tickets at the July meeting if you call Diane Hibden with the correct code.  Remember, caller number five with the right code will be the winner! Tickets are non-transferable and you must be present at the next gathering to collect them. 

     Remember, our decision to visit chapter CA1-F's Halloween Ride as a group is a secret so do not tell them the specifics of our visit for that event!  I can not wait to see their faces when we show up!  It will take a "group participation' to pull this off.  So, if you can only make one ride or event this year, please make  this the one.   For more details, please attend the staff meeting on July 11 or the next chapter gathering on July 20^th.
